The way we start our day is more than likely the way our day will compound into.
If we start our day off unfocused, with no intention and a lack of awareness than chances are we are going to let those flood the rest of our day. However, if we start our day off focus, with intention and awareness as to implementing our habits and non-negotiable we become FREE to our choices and results from them to start the day off and leading into better choice that serve our highest priorities.
