In todays episode, we are going to cover how night routines have a drastic impact on your day and how you are able to create them to the best of your ability to serve you in your life. 

The way we finish our day is so important to making sure our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual heath is aligned as we close the page of that day and get prepared for the next page ahead. 

If we close our day unfocused with our goals, identity, values and version of ourselves we want to become then we are unintentional with how we choose to spend our time and habits before we are going to sleep. 
However, if we finish our day off with focus, alignment, intention and awareness as to implementing our habits and non-negotiables we become FREE to our choices and results from them to finish our day off with WINS.
